All of these situations are inter-linked, but the ‘entry point’ can vary, and one may have priority over another. No matter what your situation, Jennifer combines a number of modalities including counselling, Human Design, spiritual counselling, energy work and naturopathy to guide and mentor her clients through their difficult times; because to be able to move forward in ways that are healthy and fulfilling she believes there needs to be clear lines of communication between your mind, emotions, soul and body.

You can be assured that you will be and feel fully supported throughout.
Stress, anxiety and depression
When most people talk about feeling stressed they are referring to the feelings they have when they are overloaded by, and struggling to cope, with ongoing demands that appear insurmountable. We all react differently to situations and what is stressful to one person may not be stressful to another, therefore it is a complex and very personal issue.
There are times when we can’t fix our problems ourselves, and can feel lonely, not understood or unsupported. If stress becomes chronic we have less capacity to bounce back and can easily become overwhelmed, spiralling down to burnout or ill health.
Unfortunately it’s relatively easy to get stuck in the chronic stress mode, which doesn’t ever stand alone. It will make an existing health condition worse, or contribute to the formation of others such as depression, obesity, heart attack, high blood pressure, burnout, diabetes, Alzheimer’s and auto immune diseases such as lupus.
Jennifer offers a holistic, practical approach to help you find solutions to deal with the source of stress or change the ways you can view it, thereby reducing the impact. She will teach you health promoting ways of coping and reducing the impact that stress has on your emotional, mental and physical health, and how to manage stressful events in the future.
Life Direction – dealing with change
Discover what’s possible and how to apply those possibilities in your life.
Change is often described as something that is external and situational, such as becoming a parent, being promoted, winning the lottery, getting married, a health issue, moving countries, the loss of a loved one, reaching retirement age, getting divorced or getting fired. Change can be exciting or devastating; welcome or unwelcome.
This is then followed by transition which is described as internal – what needs to happen within you because of that externally initiated change, so that you can adjust to, and comfortably ‘own’ the new situation, circumstances or role.
But the process can also occur in reverse. We sense the stirrings of an internal transition occurring, which will result in us then instigating or needing to change. In these instances could it be that your soul is pushing you to transform and change, or are you having a ‘mid-life’ crisis? It’s crucial to be able to identify which it is so that before you leave your current situation, work and/or relationships that you are absolutely clear about what is actually going on and where you are headed.
Whether it be change that delights and excites, or change that feels like a struggle, sessions with Jennifer will help you to adjust and make decisions that will help you transition smoothly, with ease and clarity into your new situation.
